Momentum Subject Matter Expert (SME)

We are seeking an experienced Momentum Subject Matter Expert (SME) to deploy Momentum Financials across a complex financial management environment at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The role will involve providing expertise and guidance to team members, customers, and executives.

Requirements

• Lead requirements validation sessions to gather new requirements
• Validate and interpret business requirements for a financial and acquisition management system
• Assist team members with the translation of approved business requirements into successful test cases, scenarios, and scripts
• Advise stakeholders with options for solutioning business requirements
• Demonstrated expertise configuring Momentum Financials for one or more of the following financial management processes: Budget Formulation to Execution, Request to Procure, Procure to Pay, Bill to Collect, Acquire to Dispose, Reimbursable Agreements, Record to Report, and Payroll
• Experience with the following software/data design services: systems and subsystems, interface requirements, user interface requirements, and internal and IT control requirements
