We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to serve as the principal lead for designing, planning, coordinating, and executing comprehensive OCM strategies supporting the successful implementation and adoption of health IT initiatives across VHA facilities.
Requirements
- Lead architect for OCM strategy, integrating best practices and continuous improvement
- Oversee change impact assessments and readiness planning for clinical IT transitions
- Develop and maintain detailed, Agile-aligned OCM implementation roadmaps
- Coordinate the seamless rollout of new EHR systems, interoperability tools, and process enhancements
- Design and facilitate stakeholder engagement sessions with leaders, clinicians, and IT personnel
- Development and delivery of training programs for clinical and technical audiences
- Assess learning needs, develop customized content, and measure post-training competency and adoption
- Support PI planning, backlog prioritization, sprint reviews, and stakeholder demos
- Collect and act on iterative feedback to refine change, training, and communications plans
- Define and report on OCM, training, and adoption metrics for executive and project steering committees
- Identify, document, and address resistance points or barriers to adoption, developing proactive mitigation strategies
