Assembly B Operator- 3rd Shift

Job Title: Assembly B Operator- 3rd Shift Starting Wage: $21.29/hr Shift Premium: $2.00 Job Objectives: Introduction to B Operators with the intention of progressing to an A Operator status when qualifications are met. Completes assembly operation on any product in a safe manner consistent with established quality standards and production schedules.

Requirements

• Ability to interpret blueprints, process sheets, job cards, and operating instructions and procedures in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other employees on a regular basis.
• Determine quality of components or finished parts in accordance with quality assurance procedures.
• Recommend corrective action to improve the quality of production and product in assigned area.
• Listen to others and communicate in a professional manner.
• Skills acquired to operate machines, gauging and equipment as necessary in Assembly.
• Ability to perform visual, functional and measurable checks of product quality per procedures.
• Assist new employees by helping them and answering questions they might have.
• Ability to effectively communicate with anyone on the Assembly floor.
