Process Engineer- Die Cast

The Process Engineer is accountable for improving overall manufacturing processes through analysis and strategic planning. This position will work with the Manufacturing Manager to identify inefficient manufacturing processes, undertake operational analysis, work design and methods, and work to eliminate them to increase output and decrease costs.

Requirements

• High school degree
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or a related field
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze complex problems and provide effective solutions
