The Training Coordinator is responsible for coordinating, developing, and delivering TriMark's training programs for all departments and disciplines of the organization. The position works with department supervisors and the Director of Human Resources to determine what programs are necessary and ensures that TriMark's facilities are compliant with IATF and ISO certification requirements specific to training and training records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in manufacturing engineering, training, education, or equivalent experience in a training specific role
- Excellent communication skills, including both written and oral, as well as negotiation skills
- Strong public speaking skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire individuals throughout the company when conducting training programs
- Proficient computer skills (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to operate audio-visual equipment
- Ability to analyze issues and problem solve
