Requirements
- Diagnose, repair, and install commercial kitchen equipment
- Handle on-call rotation and complex troubleshooting
- Keep company vehicle, tools, and parts organized, safe, and ready for action
- Mentor junior team members
- Lead and follow safety protocols
- Document work orders and service reports accurately
- Partner with customers, manufacturers, and sales reps to ensure top-notch service
- Troubleshoot challenging repair situations
