Job Description
TriMark USA is the country’s largest provider of design services, equipment, and supplies to the foodservice industry. The Lead Warehouse Associate reports to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accuracy and compliance with inventory control procedures.
- Coordinate order picking, packing, and shipping activities, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
