Business Analyst (ERP Accounting)

We are seeking a Technical Services Business Analyst to act as a strategic consultant for our Spectrum platform, analyzing customer goals, designing custom technical strategies, and driving impactful results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, training, or technology
• 3+ years of software consulting or 2 years of custom solution delivery experience
• Demonstrated expertise with ERP systems and accounting software
• Proven ability to review SQL data outputs and translate technical findings into business insights
• Deep understanding of accounting principles (Payroll, AP/AR, GL) and project management practices
• Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
