We are looking for a Business Development Representative with experience in Sales and/or customer-facing roles to join our young and ambitious team. The role involves building relationships with customers, working independently and as part of an international team, and driving effective cross-functional teamwork with Marketing and Sales. Fluency in English, German, and/or Dutch language skills is mandatory.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales and/or customer-facing roles
- Experience in the Logistics or SaaS Logistics sector is a nice to have
- Hunter mindset and ability to build relationships with customers
- Active listening skills and excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of an international team
- Solution-oriented attitude and high self-motivation
- Fluent English, German, and/or Dutch language skills are mandatory
- Polish language skills are nice to have but not mandatory
- Additional European language skills are a plus
