As a Service Technician, you will repair and maintain Trimble products, provide technical support for Trimble distribution partners and customers, and conduct technical training meetings.
Requirements
- Complete repairs of Trimble products within established repair times
- Read, understand, and follow repair instructions, service guidelines, and requirements for supporting and servicing Trimble products
- Attend service training in both formal class room and âOn the Jobâ bench training environments
- Clean product to meet cosmetic standards required for customer satisfaction
- Attendance (Reliable)
- Accountable for documenting part numbers and quantity consumed for repairs
- Obtain and maintain a less than 1% product repair return rate
- Achieve established productivity matrices
- Facilitate instructor-led Technical Training Courses
