Customer Product Technician

As a Service Technician, you will repair and maintain Trimble products, provide technical support for Trimble distribution partners and customers, and conduct technical training meetings.

Requirements

• Complete repairs of Trimble products within established repair times
• Read, understand, and follow repair instructions, service guidelines, and requirements for supporting and servicing Trimble products
• Attend service training in both formal class room and “On the Job” bench training environments
• Clean product to meet cosmetic standards required for customer satisfaction
• Attendance (Reliable)
• Accountable for documenting part numbers and quantity consumed for repairs
• Obtain and maintain a less than 1% product repair return rate
• Achieve established productivity matrices
• Facilitate instructor-led Technical Training Courses
