Implementation and Training Consultant

Implementation and Training Consultant to analyze customer’s as-is operations, identify opportunities to improve processes, develop improved processes and implement TMS software. Additional responsibilities include customer training, problem identification, issue mediation and delivering a course of action while implementing software to our clients.

Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience implementing and/or supporting software with external clients
• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google for Work applications
• Ability to work independently
• Strong ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutions
