Requirements
- Direct supervision of a staff of 4-6 software engineers
- Engineering leadership and software release management
- Provide technical guidance to team members
- Ability to work well with people with diverse skillsets and motivate others to achieve team goals and objectives
- Ability to facilitate the efficient application of each person’s time to the prioritized work
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Collaborating across geographically disperse CTCT sites to drive continuous improvements in software development processes
- Understanding the importance of maintainable code and documentation
- Participation in the hazard reporting process and accurate reporting of incidents
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
