Requirements
- 3-5 years in Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Business Systems
- Proficiency in enterprise work management tools (Wrike, Jira, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to translate messy, manual processes into clean, automated digital workflows
- Practical experience in leveraging AI agents and LLMs to automate administrative tasks
- Familiarity with low-code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Workato, or Make) to connect the PM stack with other tools (CRM, Slack, DAM)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to convey clear information to technical and non-technical stakeholders
