Job Description
Trimble Military and Advanced Systems is looking for an Operations Manager to lead operational excellence for high-performance military GPS navigation. As the Operations Manager, you will hold a pivotal leadership seat, directly influencing the production of modernized GPS receivers that are essential to global security.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive operations leadership within the defense, aerospace, or a similarly regulated high-technology sector.
- Deep expertise in managing AS9100 or ISO 9001 certified environments and navigating FAA compliance.
- Proven track record of managing complex, high-mix, low-volume manufacturing and ruggedized hardware supply chains.
- Strong working knowledge of government contracting standards, including ITAR, DFARS, and DCMA.
