Senior Technical Training Lead (Specialty Construction)

Trimble is looking for a Senior Technical Training Lead to design and deliver high-impact learning experiences for global partners in civil construction. The role involves creating comprehensive training curricula, managing training needs analysis, and leading large-scale technical presentations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role focused on Trimble civil construction products or equivalent heavy equipment technology
• Deep domain knowledge of civil construction processes, materials, and regulatory requirements
• Proven expertise in training methodologies with a track record of delivering high-quality instructional content
• Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, organize, and control complex training initiatives
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical findings clearly to both internal and external stakeholders
