Job Description
We are looking for a Software Engineer 1 to join our Owner & Public Sector team in India. As a P1 engineer, you will be immersed in our AI-augmented Product Development Life Cycle and will have the opportunity to develop your skills in coding, AI-augmented development tools, and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Technical aptitude in C#,.NET, and SQL, or Node.js, Java, or React/Angular
- AI literacy and ability to use coding assistants to accelerate learning and output
- Logical approach to troubleshooting and product-first mindset
- Strong English communication skills
