Job Description
Lead the development of world-class Civil Construction SaaS solutions using the latest technologies while fostering a social, high-vibe team culture. Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering peers to align technical execution with the overall product strategy and long-term roadmaps.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in Software Engineering with a deep understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on networking, partnering, and effective conflict management.
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a software development team.
- Technical proficiency with backend systems written in.Net C# and modern frontend web development frameworks.
- Familiarity with SaaS products hosted on Azure or similar cloud platforms.
