Job Description
Lead AI Architecture as our Next Staff Software Engineer! Trimble is looking for a visionary Staff Software Engineer to anchor our Document Crunch engineering team and accelerate AI adoption across the globe. In this role, you will be at the absolute forefront of our AI-powered contract intelligence platform, directly defining the technical architecture and engineering standards that shape how construction teams manage risk.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional software development experience utilizing languages like Python, JavaScript, Node.js, C#, or Java.
- Proven track record of designing and leading large-scale system architecture, with deep expertise in cloud-native systems, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with API design, microservices patterns, distributed systems, and data pipeline architecture.
- Deep knowledge of DevSecOps, infrastructure-as-code, and CI/CD best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to convert ambiguous business problems into clear technical strategies.
