Requirements
- 3ā5 years of project management experience within a complex hardware/software environment.
- Proven mastery in navigating formal Stage-Gate (NPI) processes and the ability to drive project 'ceremonies' with precision.
- Systems expertise with high proficiency in Jira, SmartSheet, and Google Suite to maintain a single source of truth.
- Assertive communication skills with the ability to hold senior stakeholders and technical leads accountable to deadlines.
