UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our team at Trimble, a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds. The successful candidate will lead the design lifecycle, architect user workflows, and champion the user experience for B2B SaaS web and mobile applications. The role involves working with a collaborative team to drive innovation and solve complex user problems.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of professional UX design experience
• Proven ability to autonomously lead the discovery process and run projects with minimal oversight
• Expert-level mastery of Figma and experience working with established design systems in a large-scale company environment
• Experience designing complex UX for web applications and B2B software as a service (SaaS)
• Global Collaboration: Ability to be flexible for early morning global calls to collaborate with international teams
