Vice President - Product

Trimble is seeking a Vice President of Platform Product Management to lead the transformation of its product portfolio into a unified, AI-first ecosystem. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leading organizational transformations and experience evolving a product organization to be AI-first. They will be responsible for developing and evangelizing a roadmap for common services, overseeing the strategic execution of Trimble Connect, and driving common capabilities across a high-growth, global matrixed organization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in Product Management leadership within a large B2B SaaS or platform-centric environment.
• Proven track record of leading major organizational transformations, specifically moving from multi-product portfolios to unified platform models.
• Demonstrated experience evolving a product organization to be AI-first, including deep knowledge of AI deployment and monitoring.
• Exceptional ability to influence and build buy-in within a complex, highly matrixed, or decentralized corporate structure.
• Strong background in GTM strategy, product marketing, and capital allocation for large product portfolios.
