Job description
We are looking for a Help Desk Technician to work on specialized tasks and provide quality technology support under the direct supervision of the IS Help Desk Supervisor/Team Lead. The role is responsible for performing the complete lifecycle of end user systems, supporting help desk requests, and troubleshooting computer hardware.
You will support end-users and software developers onsite, troubleshoot and repair computer hardware, and assist with organizing equipment inventory. You will also support walk-up requests for technical support and manage the lifecycle of requests to resolution.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in German, good English, and strong technical skills. They will be organized, professional, and able to work cohesively in a team environment.
