Biomedical Technician I

Biomedical Technician I provides clinical equipment services under close supervision, performing inspections, maintenance, repairs, and calibrations of general biomedical equipment. Assists in troubleshooting complex equipment and maintains biomedical expertise through ongoing training.

Requirements

• 2 year degree in a technical/electronics field or equivalent experience
• 3 months experience working with biomedical equipment in a clinical engineering environment preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• Complex computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
