Associate-Credit & Asset Management

Trimont is seeking an Associate-Credit & Asset Management to collaborate with team members to deliver best-in-class service to clients. The role includes developing complex cash flow projection models, managing debt and equity funding requests, and performing quantitative analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, accounting
• 2+ years of relevant experience
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel usage
• Knowledgeable about commercial real estate transactions and industry terminology
• Familiar with commercial real estate valuation methods and principles
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities while consistently meeting tight deadlines.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and mathematical abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication, including presentation skills
• Familiar in using Argus Enterprise for real estate analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook for professional documentation and communication
