TriNet is seeking a Benefit Advisory Services Consultant to advise prospects and clients on benefit plan design, contribution strategies, and alignment with TriNet-sponsored benefits. The consultant will provide benefits consultation and education, serve as a trusted advisor, and generate informative collateral.
Requirements
- Provide benefits consultation and education for Revenue teams in support of prospects and clients’ custom to their business needs
- Serve as a trusted advisor to prospects and clients, helping them evaluate contribution strategies that meet their organizational goals
- Generate and deliver informative collateral and benefits knowledge pre-sale to TriNet sales colleagues and the extended TriNet ecosystem
- Participate in renewal execution activities including preparation work, pre-renewal questions, renewal extensions, and applicable system testing/quality checks
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in benefit relevant support calls, benefit training, open enrollment meetings, renewal meetings, and virtual presentations
