Lead Security Analyst

TriNet is a leading provider of comprehensive human resources solutions for small to midsize businesses. We are seeking a Lead Security Analyst to research and analyze security threat information, plan security measures, and lead Identity and Access Management initiatives.

Requirements

• Reviews logging events to detect security incidents
• Researches and implements new methods to improve digital security
• Provides expert technical support for security issues
• Creates and maintains documentation for information security processes
• Develops project plans and confirms deadlines are met
• Collaborates with technology and business partners to ensure alignment on Identity and Access Management controls
• Partners with application developers and IT administrators to on-board new applications and systems
• Performs data analysis and makes recommendations to strengthen processes and compliance
• Experience with IAM systems and lifecycle management
• Typically 8+ years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred
• CEH: Certified Ethical Hacker, CompTIA Security+ preferred
