TriNet is seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst to assist with the financial reporting for a publicly traded company to the SEC. This role involves preparing reports for 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, and supporting documentation, analyzing variance between periods, and conducting financial research. The position requires meticulous work and independent analysis.
Requirements
- Prepare and review SEC Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K.
- Analyze results and prepare a fluctuation analysis.
- Research and benchmark public company results.
