Job Description
TriNet is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead complex, large-scale technology programs from strategy through execution, partnering closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders. The role balances business priorities with technical constraints and requires expertise in Agile Scrum, AI adoption, and DevOps practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, technical program management, or related roles
- Deep expertise in Agile Scrum and large-scale program delivery
- Proven track record of leading AI adoption initiatives in enterprise environments
- Strong hands-on background enabling AI and automation within core engineering tools and platforms
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and influence skills
