Supervisor, Benefits Support Services

As a Supervisor in the Benefits Support Services team, you will lead a team of analysts and specialists responsible for delivering high-quality benefits administration and support to TriNet’s clients and their worksite employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in benefits administration or customer support services
• 2+ years’ experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Experience in a PEO or HR outsourcing environment
• Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) – International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) – if managing payroll-linked benefits
