Job Description
The Solutions and Market Lead for Medical Affairs, Market Access, HEOR, and RWE will own the solution strategy, market positioning, and commercial success of offerings that support evidence generation, value demonstration, and patient access across the pharmaceutical lifecycle.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, RWE, or outcomes research within pharma, biotech, CROs, or evidence/data vendors
- Demonstrated experience owning solution strategy, market ownership, or product adjacent leadership in a life sciences B2B environment
- Strong understanding of real world data sources, study designs (retrospective and prospective), and evidence generation for regulatory, payer, and HTA use
- Proven ability to work cross functionally and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority
