Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As an ER RN, you will play a critical role in providing specialized care to patients in the fast-paced and often high-stress environment of the Emergency Department.
Requirements
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred; Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) accepted.
- Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is advantageous.
- Previous experience in an Emergency Room or critical care setting is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient in high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and staying updated on current healthcare practices.
