Job Description
Trinity Classical Academy seeks a part-time Special Education Teacher Assistant to support the classroom teaching and facilitate an individualized, modified academic environment. The candidate should be a Christian with an authentic personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a commitment to Christian education.
Requirements
- Prefer a Bachelor's degree or a candidate seeking a degree in the education field
- Previous experience working with children with special needs in an academic, church or therapeutic setting
- Excellent oral and written command of the English language
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, faculty, and students of diverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds
