Job Description
The Development Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-level prospects/donors with an emphasis on cultivation and solicitation strategies for mid-level annual giving, capital campaigns, and donor stewardship programs. This position supports the Major Gift Officer in fundraising efforts in the Maryland region.
Requirements
- Identifies, cultivates, solicits, and stewards mid-level gift donors and prospects ($5,000 - $9,999)
- Establishes and maintains collaborative working relationships with Trinity Health, development colleagues, and appropriate board members
- Makes effective use of the prospect management database and other institutional resources
- Documents strategies for mid-level donors and prospective donors
- Partners with Major Gift Officer in the development of prospectus/case for support documents
- Collaborates on the creation of stewardship/recognition initiatives
- Manages and executes all aspects of fundraising and stewardship events
- Maintains meaningful and lasting relationships with constituents and stakeholders
