Job Description
Director Surgical Service - Registered Nurse RN leads the expanding Surgical Services department at Trinity Health Ann Arbor, Livingston, and Canton, overseeing daily operations of 39 Operating Rooms and 5 pre-op and recovery rooms.
Requirements
- BSN is required
- Master's degree in Business, Nursing or other relevant discipline also required
- Current license to practice in the State of Michigan as a Registered Nurse is required
- Five or more years of relevant nursing management or supervisory background
- Demonstrable experience with financials, clinical throughput, and process improvement
