Job Description
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position provides skilled nursing care and manages service delivery to participants, ensuring adherence to professional standards and primary care orders.
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of an accredited Nursing Degree program
- Possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in Pennsylvania
- Active CPR Certification required
- Two (2) years of experience with geriatric populations
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and use of personal vehicle for each shift due to home care assignments
