Job Description
We are seeking a Practice Manager for our Infectious Diseases department. As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and evaluating programs of patient care, as well as managing human, fiscal, material, and facility resources. You will also support program goals, policies, and patient-focused care.
Requirements
- At least five (5) years management experience in the medical field
- Proficiency with Electronic Medical Record
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Effective speaking and writing skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and respect
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Understand and embrace a customer service focus
- Ability to work independently, yet function collaboratively within a team
