Peer Recovery Coach

The Peer Recovery Coach will provide peer recovery services to individuals with risk for substance misuse or substance use disorder, connecting them to resources and ensuring smooth care transitions. The role involves promoting wellness, successful community integration, and skill building through individualized support and group sessions.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Lived experience with at least 2 years in recovery
• Peer Recovery Coach Certification
• Knowledge of care transitions/Zero Suicide model (preferred)
• Experience in working with patients who have behavioral health conditions
