Lead the Endoscopy Unit, ensure high-quality patient-centered care, and oversee staffing coordination, training, and performance management for nursing and support staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program
- Valid and current Massachusetts RN license
- Demonstrated nursing leadership experience in Endoscopy, GI lab, or procedural/specialty care settings
- Current BLS/CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Familiarity with SGNA standards, endoscope reprocessing requirements, and moderate sedation practices
