Job Description
The MDS/Care Plan Coordinator is responsible for completing the RAI process for each resident, maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations, and ensuring the highest degree of quality care. They must maintain the rights of residents as set forth by the Texas Department of Health Laws and Regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. nursing, social work)
- 2+ years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of RAI process and state and federal regulations
