The Insurance and Contracts Manager is responsible for leading Trinity’s contract management and insurance administration workflows across transportation, brokerage, and logistics operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field (CPCU/ARM designation preferred)
- Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in insurance, claims, or risk management within the transportation or logistics sector
- Deep understanding of contingent and shipper’s interest insurance, freight claims, and transportation liability frameworks
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Proven success in managing broker and underwriter relationships
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across diverse internal and external teams
