Job Description
We're a leader in multifamily property management, seeking a Leasing Consultant to provide exceptional customer service, drive leasing goals, and create a seamless experience for prospective and current residents. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of the property, and have the opportunity to grow your career in multifamily property management.
Requirements
- At least 1 year in a customer service or sales role; multifamily leasing experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus (e.g. knowledge of Fair Housing laws and regulations).
- Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with Yardi, Entrata, EliseAI, Celeri and social media is a bonus.
