High school diploma or equivalent required, 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, regular periods of sitting, standing, walking, use of hands and arms, occasional climbing, lifting up to 25 pounds independently, and occasionally up to 50 pounds with assistance

3+ years of maintenance experience, advanced proficiency in one or more major trades, and working knowledge of appliances required

Minimum 8 years maintenance experience, advanced experience in two or more trades, and EPA Universal Certification required

High school education or equivalent is preferred, 1 year of maintenance technician experience required, multifamily experience preferred

3+ years of maintenance experience, advanced proficiency in one or more major trades, and working knowledge of appliances

8+ years of facilities maintenance experience, advanced experience in 2+ trades, working knowledge of appliances, EPA Universal Certification, and physical demands to lift up to 50 pounds

1 year of painting experience, high school education or equivalent, EPA Universal Certification and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification preferred

High school education or equivalent, 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, and knowledge of basic tools and equipment

High school degree, 1+ year maintenance technician experience, basic computer knowledge

High school diploma or GED required, 1+ year maintenance experience preferred
