Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician III, you will lead complex system repairs, mentor junior technicians, and oversee maintenance projects. You will work in a team environment, using advanced technical skills to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Requirements
- 3+ years of maintenance experience
- Advanced proficiency in one or more major trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Working knowledge of appliances
