Job Description

You'll be responsible for managing common area paint touch ups, hallway and curb painting, and collaborating with other maintenance staff.
Requirements
- 1 year of painting experience required, multifamily experience preferred
- High school education or equivalent is preferred
- EPA Universal Certification preferred
- Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Certification preferred
