Requirements
- Apply technical and troubleshooting skills to customer engagements.
- Own setup steps for successful and timely integrations.
- Investigate integration issues using logs and explain root causes.
- Partner with Account Managers and Product/Engineering to resolve issues.
- Write and edit technical documentation for self-service, HRIS, SSO, reporting APIs, and Calendar integrations.
- Lead internal office hours and training sessions to upskill Account Managers.
- Champion the self-service vision and identify common customer pain points.
- Stay current with ERP platforms and integration best practices.
