This role is for a Manager of Travel Services, responsible for leading a dedicated team of Business Travel Consultants. The position involves leading and developing a high-performing team, managing operational performance, building customer relationships, and ensuring the success of the service program for key customers. It requires a blend of people leadership, operational management, and relationship building.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive leadership experience
- 5+ years at the manager level
- At least 5 years of experience in the travel industry
- Deep knowledge of GDS platforms (Sabre and/or Amadeus)
- Proven ability to live and breathe customer support
- Track record of building relationships and motivating teams
- Analytical skills and ability to use a data-driven approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM and contact center applications
