Requirements

- Schedule, coordinate, and assign activities to front-of-house staff.

- Develop and mentor team members across all areas.
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure adherence to training programs and company guidelines.
- Complete performance reviews in a timely manner.
- Display passion for exceptional guest service and team engagement.
- Ensure compliance with restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor adherence to health, safety, fire, and labor regulations.
- Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health guidelines.
- Oversee payroll accuracy and monitor profit & loss statements.
- Execute opening, mid-shift, and closing procedures effectively.
