Bartender

Join the team at Triple T Hospitality as a Bartender at Tommy's Tavern + Tap. We're looking for energetic and outgoing individuals to deliver a memorable dining experience to our guests.

Requirements

• MUST have Sunday and Monday night availability
• Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience
• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages to recipe specifications
• Mix ingredients to create classic and innovative cocktails
• Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
• Engage warmly with guests and take orders efficiently
• Serve food and drinks with accuracy and enthusiasm
• Provide thoughtful menu recommendations and detailed item descriptions
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area and follow sanitation and safety policies
• Work effectively and respectfully within a collaborative team environment
• Multi-task and stay composed during high-volume shifts
• Attend training sessions prior to active floor shifts
• Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine passion for hospitality and team collaboration
• Physical stamina—ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and carry trays as needed
• Reliable transportation required
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace
