Job Description
As a Food Runner at Tommy's Tavern + Tap, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment. You'll support the front-of-house team by resetting tables, assisting servers, and ensuring the restaurant floor is always guest-ready.
Requirements
- Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests' tables quickly and accurately
- Ensure all dishes are presented according to restaurant standards
- Communicate clearly with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service
- Assist servers with guest requests and table maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line and service areas
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
