Requirements
- Exemplify the Triple T Hospitality Experience
- Greet guests promptly and warmly upon arrival
- Manage waitlists and reservations using the restaurant's seating system
- Answer phones and assist with takeout orders or general inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and management to ensure smooth seating flow
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
